About Miss Megan

I have a strong belief that children learn through play. Every week, our classroom changes to supplement our unit. Sometimes our classroom is a hospital, sometimes a jungle, but it always provides hands-on and dramatic play that focuses on what we're learning.

I love children! I studied elementary education at BYU and found that I love the younger ages. I taught kindergarten and elementary music for five years before starting my own family. When my children were preschool aged, I returned to teaching and haven't stopped! I have taught preschool for 16 years, and I love it! It is so fun to help children explore the world around them! They are so excited to learn and they love life. They make me laugh everyday!
